FAA Has Warned Against The Thought Of Weaponizing Drones

One of the most concerning factors now is the idea of arming drones. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has already issued a warning against the idea of drone weaponizing. It will be considered as the violation of the agency’s norms and, to top it all, as a federal offense. The FAA finds the very thought of designing an armed drone as something quite harmful for the health and wealth of the humans. A maximum fine of $25,000 is expected to be charged by the FAA in case of the violation of the rules. The reason why FAA thought of coming up open about it now is uncertain. However, the stern talking on the drone weaponizing is not a secret anymore.

The Americans have been found to be designing drones that can carry guns, flamethrowers, and other implements from the past years. It was created out of curiosity or just for an innocent purpose is something that other nations are clueless about. There is already a video circulating online that shows an armed drone shooting fireworks at a loud party. The airborne destruction could lead to some serious disasters like burning a house down or even hurting people. Thus, such experiments cannot be tolerated by the FAA.

Similarly, Boeing and the FAA have decided to move steadily toward ungrounding the 737 Max by October. The FAA’s Flight Standardization Board that decides the US pilot-training requirements focuses to issue new suggestions for exactly what Max pilot training needs before the US airlines can fly passengers on the airplane once again by the beginning of September. Boeing has already told its suppliers that a new 737 production schedule will be focusing on the timelines for the 737 Max’s return to service plan. The FAA plans to test the pilots for Boeing’s updated version of the Maneuvering Characteristics Augmentation System (MCAS) flight control software.
